Dwarves in Athral Isle

The nearest dwarven settlement outside of Fallcrest is a collection of three families about a hundred miles eastward. They mine tin and keep herds of sheep. All three families trace their lineage to the distant Silvershield clan, based in the Principalities of Verdien.

Dwarves in the Principalities of Verdien

Many of the Principalities are controlled by dwarves, even in realms where they do not represent the majority of the populace. The dominant dwarf clans of the region are the Silvershield, Irongrim, Magmarn, and Sunmount clans. The Silvershield and Magmarn clans have feuded incessantly over the past six centuries.
